My kids started on, and stayed with, 'big' brother, DUPLO. Never progressed to LEGO (my wallet said thank you). They did turn out OK, nonetheless; no evident developmental (brick?) walls hit. My grandkids on the other hand; at the least excuse, yet another new themed (and usually franchised) box appears. My wallet now says thank you again, to their parents and the other set of grandparents!

Middle name Stephen, or Sam, or Sean, or some such? Surely!

Yep. The ANB link specifically noted by Taylor, although in terms of character rather than footy. But the various highlights videos show a lot of similarities there, too. And, according to JT, not a fumbler. Might avoid ANB's early 'whipping boy' years?!

According to 'Richo', 'Shane is...looking forward to getting stuck into his rehab'. So hard to imagine that to be the case about such a long process, and at 29. So much credit to him if, on 13 Feb 2026, he's back where he was on that day a year earlier. Hopefully Spargo and McAdam have the sort of relationship that the former's 2024 experience, and his getting back to where he is now, can support the latter through 2025.

Going by the jumper, it really has been slack of the media department. He was at the Club already last year!
